On April 29, 2026, the Misty Copeland Foundation hosted its Spring Benefit at THE POOL + THE GRILL in celebration of Misty’s farewell performance and her extraordinary 25-year tenure with American Ballet Theatre. The Benefit brought together artists, supporters, and friends to honor her enduring impact and to raise vital funds for MCF’s three signature programs—BE BOLD, BE BOLDNext Steps, and BE BOLDER. Proceeds supported the Foundation’s Celebrating Misty Campaign, a one-year, $1 million initiative designed to expand access, sustain excellence, spark joy, and ensure that Misty’s legacy of making ballet affordable, accessible, and fun continues to flourish for generations to come.
